Our Agents

Dawn draws on a varied professional background in representing Buyers and Sellers. She received her BBA in Finance from The University of Georgia in 1985 but spent the bulk of her professional life (26 years) as a high school French teacher! She moved to real estate in 2015 then received her Broker’s License in 2019. She holds an Accredited Buyer Representative designation, a Certified Negotiation Expert designation, and a Pricing Strategy Advisor certificate from the National Association of Realtors. Dawn was a Million Dollar(+_ producer while an agent with a national real estate brokerage before opening Zenithland Real Estate in 2022, and continues to produce above the million dollar mark. She is a lifelong resident of Central Georgia and she and her husband, Billy, have 2 sons and daughters-in-law, a grandson and granddaughter, a black lab Winnie, and a diva-dog, Peanut.

Julie Evans has been practicing real estate since 2018 and having been raised in Middle Georgia, brings a wealth of local knowledge when working with her clients. A real sense of “place” and the importance of building wealth through home ownership helps her guide her clients through the buying and selling process.

Julie’s focus is on Residential purchases and sales.

Leigh Chestnutt brings the experience of an elementary and middle school educator to her real estate practice. She was a middle school and high school coach and understands the value of teamwork in any endeavor. That sense of teamwork translates well as she helps her clients navigate selling and purchasing properties.
